Course overview

This preparatory course is made for healthcare professionals educated outside of the EU/EEA. This program accepts medical staff that need a medical license to work in Sweden.

By enrolling in this course, you will get the needed preparation for the theoretical and practical part of the mandatory proficiency test (kunskapsprovet), as issued by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. When you are enrolled in the CureStaff education program, you will also get an account to our Course Portal. Our program gives all students the opportunity to take responsibility for their own learning; with easily accessible course material and online tests.

The course consists of lectures, group work, workshops, literature studies and practical training. You need to pass the theoretical test before proceeding to the practical test. 

Eligibility for attending the course

• Assessment of your education with a positive decision from Socialstyrelsen.

• Approved skills in Swedish, level C1.
